The process described below is required if the registrars plan to register domains with claims.
Please note that Trademark Clearinghouse is not a Donuts Service and that any questions related to accessing their system need to be directed to them, please find their contact information in the table below.
1 | 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement Executed |

2 | Registrar requests token from customer service at newgtld@icann.org. The request must include GURID (IANA ID) TMDB contact information (name and email address) Request should come from Registrar Primary Contact via Primary Contact email address. Other sources may be considered if adequately explained. |
3 | ICANN Customer Service provides a token to the TMDB contact |
4 | Registrar uses the TMDB website to create user credentials using the token |
5 | User credentials are emailed to theTMDB contact email address |
6 | Registrar completes testing (TMDB Test Services) in the TMDB site |
7 | IBM certifies successful completion of testing & notifies Registrar and ICANN |
8 | Registrar is free to contract with new registries |
9 | ICANN GDD Operations updates the Certified Registrars List |
