Q. Is there a manual way to download a test CNIS-file, without using an EPP claims check command?

A. To download a test CNIS file,  a “lookup key” is always required.

This can be done via EPP check command, or a “lookup key” can be obtained via the registrar portal. Once logged into the registrar web portal:

• On the menu on the left,  click on Domains,
• Click then Check Domain,
• Type in the Domain Name and tick “Claim check” and then click search.

This will return a lookup-key if the claim exists on queried Domain Name (the name is on the list of domain labels subject to claims).
